Dear Cail Bruich Guest,
Welcome back to Cail Bruich. Firstly we would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all of our guests for choosing to support the restaurant in what is undoubtedly a difficult time for the hospitality industry.
We have made a few changes to the restaurant to ensure we are COVID safe and to enhance our already strict hygiene practices. The first change that you will notice upon arrival is that the table plan of the restaurant has changed to allow greater social distancing.
In addition to this we have made changes to our guest bathrooms. We are now operating with two private gender neutral cubicles, each equipped with their own wash hand basins and sanitiser that we would encourage our guests to use on hard surfaces after contact. in addition our staff will be cleaning the bathrooms at half hourly intervals throughout service times.
As our guest, you will be asked to sanitise your hands and have your temperature recorded upon arrival. If any member of the party displays a high temperature, we will be reserving the right to cancel the reservation on that evening to ensure the safety of all guests and staff. Our reservations team will be in touch the next working day in order to rearrange the reservation. We will allow guests to hang their coats with us and will be providing dry cleaning bags to ensure these are stored hygienically.
We would ask that our guests respect social distancing when moving around the restaurant upon arrival and departure. Unfortunately at this time we cannot allow any handshakes or similar greetings between staff, guests and suppliers. In line with government guidelines we also ask that customers are wearing masks at all times when moving around the venue.
Our staff will be adopting some new practises in their day to keep the restaurant COVID free. Upon arrival to work, all staff will have their temperatures taken and logged, all outside clothing will be stored in individual lockers immediately and staff will be provided with uniforms to be worn to set the restaurant as well as uniforms for service. All staff throughout the venue will be wearing masks throughout your experience for the health and safety of our guests. During the set up of the restaurant all staff will also wear face masks and disposable gloves.
Cail Bruich is currently operating as a 1 metre zone.
We can take bookings up to a maximum of 6 guests, with all reservations being from a maximum of 2 households.
We are all incredibly glad to be back to work and are eager to once again provide our wonderful guests with the warm hospitality and outstanding food that has become synonymous with Cail Bruich.
