Experience the magic of our open kitchen and watch the team at work.

Created by Glasgow-based designers Tabula Rasa, specialists in bespoke handcrafted furniture, the table features a 1940’s Macallan Oak stave that was felled in Gleneagles.

Our chef’s table experience is designed as a surprise tasting menu.

The menu celebrates the finest seasonal produce, and includes a tasting glass of Krug Grand Cuvée 171ème Édition to pair with our Krug x Flower dish developed as part of Krug Champagne’s single ingredient programme.

Bookings are available for up to two guests at £200 per person.

We are unable to accommodate any allergies or dietary requirements for our chef’s table experience due to the nature of the menu.
