Cail Bruich and The Macallan have collaborated to create a unique experiential after-dinner drinks trolley for our guests.

Our shared ethos of product quality and pursuit of excellence creates a relationship built on knowledge, skill, and history.

Guests will be able to enjoy teas selected from world-leading specialists, Jing Tea, alongside the three whiskies chosen by The Macallan; Double Cask 12 year old, Sherry Oak 18 year old, and M Decanter – a limited edition single malt of exquisite complexity and character.
