• Our reservations open on the first Wednesday of every month at 12pm.

    Bookings are released two months in advance, for the full month as follows:

    • Wednesday 3rd April - June 2024 reservations

    • Wednesday 1st May - July 2024 reservations

    • Wednesday 5th June - August 2024 reservations

    • Wenesday 3rd July - September 2024 reservations

  • Lunch:
    Friday & Saturday 12pm - 5pm (last reservations 1.30pm)

    Dinner:
    Tuesday - Thursday 6.30pm - midnight (last reservations 8.30pm)

    Friday & Saturday 7pm - midnight (last reservations 9pm)

  • Due to the intimate nature of our dining space our maximum table capacity is five guests and we do not accept bookings across multiple tables.

    Our chef’s table has a maximum capacity of two guests.

    Our sister venues Brett and Shucks offer great dining options for larger party sizes.

  • All bookings can be made by visiting our online reservations page online.

    Please note that we only accept reservations through our online reservation platform, and cannot take reservations over phone or email.

    We require full menu pre-payment at the time of booking for standard reservations, or card details for gift voucher reservations, so we do advise that you have your debit/credit card ready before beginning your reservation.

    We generally see a higher demand for smaller tables of 1-2 guests, so it may be easier to find availability if you are able to visit as a larger group of 3-5.

    If your desired date is unavailable we advise that you join our cancellation list via our booking system to be contacted in the event of new availability.

  • For lunch reservations we offer the choice of our lunch menu at £70 per person, or our 7-course tasting menu at £160 per person.

    For dinner reservations Tuesday - Thursday we serve our 5-course tasting menu at £95 or our 7-course tasting menu. On Friday & Saturday evenings we serve our 7-course tasting menu only.

    Please note our menu prices are due to change as follows:
    - Lunch menu £80 person from 1st May 2024
    - 5-course tasting menu £110 per person from 1st May 2024

    We offer our extended chef’s table experience at £200 per person for lunch and dinner bookings.

    We recommend 2 hours for our lunch menu, 2.5 hours for our 5-course tasting menu, and 3.5 hours for our 7-course tasting menu, and chef’s table experience.

  • We can accommodate certain allergies and dietary requirements at the discretion of our team. Due to the nature of our offering, we are unable to cater to dietary requirements on the day of booking so request that these are provided in advance when making your reservation.

    When accommodating dietary restrictions, we design our menu as close to that as originally intended. As such we may not be able to accommodate restrictions that require extensive changes.

    We do not offer a vegan or dairy/lactose-free menu or FODMAP menu, if you have any other severe or restrictive dietary requirements please contact us directly and our reservations team will be able to discuss this with you.

    We kindly ask that you visit us with trust in our team and as such we do not cater to dislikes.

    Due to the nature of our chef’s table experience we are unable to accommodate any dietary requirements for chef’s table reservations.

  • We require full menu pre-payment per person to secure your reservation which will be charged during the booking process.

    Prices are inclusive of your menu and VAT.

    Any additional purchases (i.e. beverages, supplementary courses) and a discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your final bill to be settled on the day.

    We offer the option to add our hedonistic wine pairing to your booking, however please note that alternative wine pairings will also be available for purchase on the day.

    For gift voucher reservations we do not ask for pre-payment but do require card details to secure your reservation.

  • By making a booking with us you agree to our cancellation policy as follows:

    Reservations must be cancelled by contacting our reservations team at info@cailbruich.co.uk or 0141 334 6265.

    Pre-paid reservations can be cancelled and refunded (minus a £10 administration charge) up to 72 hours before the reservation time.

    For reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the reservation time or in the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to retain the full pre-payment as a cancellation fee.

    For voucher reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the reservation time or in the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge the card used at the time of booking for the minimum menu price per guest (£70 per person for lunch; £95 per person for dinner Tuesday - Thursday; £160 per person for dinner Friday & Saturday) minus the redemption of the voucher value.

  • We add a discretionary service charge of 12.5% to all bills, along with a £1 donation to MND Scotland. We don’t see fit to process a service charge in advance of the reservation so please note that this will be added to your full final bill including food and drinks on the day of your booking.

  • If you are looking to book with a gift voucher please select the menu option labelled ‘gift voucher reservation’ after searching your desired date/time.

    Please be aware that our availability is the same for voucher bookings and standard reservations, however if you do not book with the voucher reservation option the card provided will be charged for the full price of the menu option you have selected.

    When completing your booking please enter your gift voucher details in the ‘gift voucher code’ box provided to allow us to redeem this against your final bill.

  • Our dining room is on one level, however our guest bathrooms are on the basement level down a set of stairs and due to the tenement layout of the building we are unable to offer accessible guest bathrooms.

    We kindly request that permanent wheelchair users contact the restaurant directly prior to making a reservation to ensure that we are able to make the necessary table accommodations for you.

  • Children aged 8 years and over are welcome to dine with us, however please note that we do not offer a children’s menu and require all younger guests to dine from the same menu as the adults.

  • There is no strict dress code, but we recommend smart casual.
