Our multi-course menus are designed to showcase meticulously sourced seasonal produce from Scotland and Europe’s rich larder, and trusted local suppliers.
We kindly require that guests with allergies or specific dietary requirements inform us at the time of booking to allow our team to accommodate this with care.
For any dietary restrictions that impact a full dish (e.g. pescatarian/no shellfish) a replacement will be arranged from the vegetarian menu.
